FARA Charity joins Eurochild

Delighted to be approved members of EUROCHILD - collaboration is key!

FARA Charity and 16 other organisations and individuals have been given the chance to work together with Eurochild and the 176 members in positioning children at the forefront of decision making at a government level in Europe. This will no doubt have positive benefits for all of the vulnerable children, young adults and families in the FARA Family.

Emma Johnson, Operations Manager at FARA Charity, was one of more than 150 participants attending the Eurochild General Assembly on 17 April 2019 in Brussels where the approval was granted.

“This is a brilliant opportunity and we look forward to contributing to the work of Eurochild by sharing our knowledge gained over 26 years working on the ground in Romania. We are particularly excited to be involved in the Eurochild working group looking at alternatives to institutional care for children in Europe.”
